Sgalvao (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a brand owned and operated by Exquisite Luxe Beauty, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. All references to Sgalvao in this Refund & Return Policy refer to Exquisite Luxe Beauty, LLC as the legal entity.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or custom reasons:

  1. Opened or used perfume oils, fragrances, or personal care products.
  2. Custom-made, limited edition, or personalized items.
  3. Sale or clearance items marked final sale.
  4. Digital downloads (eBooks, PDF, Digital Art Prints, anything that is downloaded and automatically copied to your device)

3. Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.
  2. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  2. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.

5. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
